MONICA L. METOYÉR graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas' Paralegal Studies Program in 2001, with special emphasis in Nevada Practices and Procedure, Tort Law and Construction Defect Law. Following graduation she has been employed as a paralegal specializing in construction defect law. Since joining Robertson & Vick, LLP, she has worked primarily on complex, multiparty construction defect and toxic mold litigation.
