Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, from California State University, Fullerton where he distinguished himself as a member of the Dean's Honor List. Mark received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco where he received a Certificate in Environmental Law with Distinction and was a recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award in California Environmental Law. Mark is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. Mark is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Mark practices in the fields of construction defect law, Indoor Air Quality law, business litigation, toxic tort litigation, environmental law and personal injury law
